It sounds like you have a worthwhile experience at the Camp. I was talking to Jen Sullivan and she said it was such an amazing experience. Did you feel like there was anything additional that should have been discussed? Did it ever turn into a complain fest about things that they could not change in libraries?

It was absolutely fabulous, and I think that we covered so much that adding more would've been somewhat overwhelming. As for the complain-fest question, well, you'd think that an event where no key speaker moderates things would turn into just that... but it didn't. Everyone did, of course, point out problems encountered at their library with patrons, administration, etc, but most of these negative experiences were brought up either as a before-and-after case or as a way to kick off a solutions-based conversation about how to address common problems.
